Springs Road Healthcare is a 65-bed short-term post-acute Medicare and Medi-Cal Certified skilled nursing facility in Vallejo, California. Our team is dedicated to making your stay as comfortable and productive as possible.

All residents of Springs Road receive inpatient therapy, but we can provide outpatient therapy as well to anyone that requires rehab but does not need to stay in the facility. To receive daily outpatient therapy, all you need to do is make an appointment and sign in when you get here. Transitioning individuals back into the community is our primary goal and we promise to do whatever we can to make that happen.
